This invention is a portable toilet that can fold in half for the convenience of all outdoor people (hikers, hunters, off-road vehicle explorers, fishers, etc.) and road trips (long or short). This invention is convenient because it’s compact, and you don’t need to use a bucket or try to bring a bunch of stuff associated with it. The “Pop a Squat” is a toilet seat that folds in half and has a ratchet strap going through the back of the toilet seat, which then goes around a tree for support and braces the toilet seat. You can place a biodegradable bag up through the middle of the seat, wrap it around the toilet seat, and hook/grab the edge of the bag on the lip under the seat. Wrapping the toilet seat is an added sanitary bonus to keep the toilet seat cleaner for future usage. The “Pop a Squat” can also be used without a bag; you can simply dig a hole and strap the “Pop a Squat” over the hole and dispose of the waste by burying it instead.

The “Pop a Squat” will be made of hard plastic. The toilet seat needs to be an elongated shape with an opening front. The back will have a hinge that locks in place, making it able to fold inward. Behind the toilet seat will be a foam back of some sort to rest against the tree without slipping, with added grip with a casing below for the ratchet strap to strap in through and also hold a kickstand type to brace against the tree for added support for human weight against the toilet and tree. Everything can be made of hard plastic except for the obvious ratchet strap.
